3. In view of the above, it appears that this PIL has not been filed after due verification of facts. More so, the said petition is sketchy and bereft of details and specificity.
4. Accordingly, it appears that the judicial process has been misused by filing this petition and therefore, the same stands dismissed with costs of Rs.25,000/- to be deposited with the PGI Poor Patient Welfare Fund, Chandigarh, within a period of 15 days.
